Order Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order only while it is still being processed.
Once your order has been packed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it, as it is already being prepared for or is in transit with the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us at help@getcarlabs.com and we will review your case in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy below.

Return Eligibility
We only accept returns and offer refunds for items that arrive damaged or broken.
To be eligible for a return or refund:
- The item must have arrived damaged or broken
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged item and the packaging may be required for verification
- The request must be submitted after delivery and within a reasonable time after the customer receives the order
Please note that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for any reason other than items arriving damaged or broken.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, broken, or incorrect, notify us immediately at help@getcarlabs.com. Our team will review the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.
To help us resolve the issue efficiently, please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the problem.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that are not damaged or broken upon arrival.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Orders that are no longer wanted after being shipped or delivered
- Incorrect purchases made by the customer
- Discounted or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom items
- Personal care products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Perishable goods

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges unless the item you received arrived damaged or broken.
If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us first at help@getcarlabs.com. Once your case is reviewed and approved, we will provide the next steps.
Refunds
Once we have reviewed the photos, videos, and order details you provide, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your funds, please contact us at help@getcarlabs.com.
