  • Tracking info: As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

We offer FREE shipping worldwide—no minimum purchase needed. Here’s how long deliveries usually take after your order is processed:

  • United States & Canada: Around 5–12 business days.

  • United Kingdom & Europe: Usually 5–20 business days, depending on the country.

  • Australia & New Zealand: Typically 7–15 business days.

  • Rest of the world: Delivery times can vary by destination and local customs. If you’re unsure, feel free to ask us!

Things like weather, holiday rush, or carrier delays can sometimes affect how long your order takes, so please keep that in mind.

Worldwide Shipping

Yes—we ship almost everywhere! If you’re wondering about a specific location, send us a note at help@getcarlabs.com and we’ll check for you.

Lost, Damaged or Late Packages

Once your order leaves our warehouse, the carrier is responsible for getting it to you on time. But if your package arrives damaged or seems to be lost, email us at help@getcarlabs.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll help sort it out or start a claim with the shipping carrier.
